Everyday English for Hospitality Professionals (with Audio CD)

As ESL teacher, this is a primer for teaching international students about hospitality (working in a restaurant/hotel). It works well. I had to produce my own worksheets. Good price.

wow! I teach english, this book is wow, hella practical, for real life situations, the conversations are so nice, the only think I didn't like was the audio conversations are interrupted, because they explain what the speakers are communicating, so that stops the real life situation, all in all an excellent book. not only for hospitality workers, but for practical communication in the english language.

This is a superb starter book for conversational English

This is an very good material for practicing and teaching the needed skills for this working field, good visuals, good vocabulary and good lesson-lenght. The only not very good thing about it is the interruptions of the dialogues, they would be more practical if not interrupted by the narrator.
