Q: Can I bolt this onto a quadrajet carburetor?

Quadra jet should have this on it,I do not think it would bolt to it,cit has an angled tab to keeping from turning on an edlebrock

Q: Will this work for my th350 on a 83c10?

This bracket is not needed for Th350 transmissions. You only need the stud that mounts to the carb arm. This bracket is intended for overdrive trans such as 200r4 and 700r4 to correct the geometry of travel because they are pressure controlled by the cable. On TH 350 the cable is only used to kick down to a lower gear when additional speed is needed .
