I am 3d printing since 2016 and Ender 3 is my 2nd 3d printer. I bought Ender 3 in January 2022, while I am unboxing I felt very happy because most of the printer parts are metal with more rigidity and durability. But I am disappointed with extruder parts which are made up of plastic. Of all the 3d printer parts, extruder parts consists of preloaded spring and the load is applied 24/7 on these parts, such type of parts should be made of metal... But here it is made up of plastic 🤦🤦🤦 finally after 10 months of usage, Ender-3 ended my 3d printing (temporarily) with a broken part🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 and broken 💔😭💔 Now I have to replace the Ender-3 extruder parts with my old 3d printer extruder (metal extruder)

First time I order the printer and install everything but print was not coming good. Because bed level of four corners are good but the center part of the bed is slightly raised ahead. So my print was totally damaged. I noticed this is a manufacturing defect. And I rise replacement request via Amazon customer service the guys are so good they understand the problem and replace the product. Today I received new one from Amazon via replacement policy. But this time the printer do his duty well more than my expectations. Overall I am so satisfied finally. I suggest this printer to everyone.
