Looking to dive deeper into the VNA? Then this book is for you.The book remains true to its title by focusing on being a practical (application driven) text with just the right amount of Math needed to properly explain and guide the applications under discussion.While my overall satisfaction with the text warrants a 5 star grading, a few things do need correcting and speak to a need for better editor review prior to publication. Of particular note are a number of references to a section 4.2, there is no section 4.2, there is a figure 4.2, but in truth the section needed is 4.1 & 4.1.1 - 2 Port measurement baseline, also of note are a few low resolution or very small figures, that cannot be discerned properly, notable is Figure 4.1, too small to be of any use.That said when these annoyances are compared to the overall content of the text, the text is still enormously useful and a welcome addition to the measurement lab.
