Yes. Depending, I suppose, on your definition of "raw." But still probably yes.

Q: So i see that it can work with a pc. how does it connect to the pc. say for use with games or recording software. where does the usb go on the mixer?

It's like a good analog mixer with a USB class 2 interface. The signal routing is quite flexible.

Q: Can you use both the Xlr and line in simultaneously on one channel?

Not on a single channel, but you can use a line in on one channel and XLR on another.
