When I bought my Jacuzzi, they give you the Freshwater brand but it’s very expensive so I started using this and it works just fine. After adding it to the water wait two hours to test because if you test immediately it will show but you’ll end up putting too much and then have to use alkalinity down to fix it.

This is one of the chemicals that we seem to need in our hot tub . I’m happy we can order through Amazon and we have not had a problem with this seller. All our packages come on time and work well..

This treadmill is a piece of trash. We put it together just as the instructions said, but it wouldn't turn on. The electricity isn't getting to the engine. The seller was cagy about returns, told us they would not accept Amazon return labels but have not sent us their own, and they said it had to be broken down into individual pieces just as it came and needed to be returned in the original box with each part secured just as they sent it to us or they wouldn't take it back -- in other words, no returns. If you buy this product, you buy it at your own peril.

Arrived hard as a rock and couldn’t use it.

This oxidizer has worked well in my spa in the past. This order, however, was one big lump instead of fine granules. I have to break it up which results in chunks that don't dissolve as well. I hope it will be effective. I bought it from Amazon instead of going to my local Hot Spring store because they are price gouging this at $40 per container. To add insult to injury, it is now $3 cheaper on Amazon than when I bought it.

The product has solidified and is unusable.
