My Inogen G3 only has 185 hours but is 5+ years old. Inogen suggested I replace the Columns, even though hours are low. My Lungs don't perform well enough at altitudes over 3500 feet. Blue Cross Insurance won't approve an Oxygen Concentrator. So I lucked out and bought mine at an Estate Sale for $25. The Concentrator works perfectly with new Columns and Battery. We are on a trip now with altitudes as high as 6000+ feet. My SPO2 is around 94 - 96 with Concentrator at level 2 and around 4000 to 4700 feet. I had to go level 3 above 5400 feet. I never smoked, am athletic, reasonable weight, yet my SPO2 is below 95 most of the time without the Concentrator, at 200 feet altitude, and at Home. During sleep, 50% of the time, SPO2 is 91 and below. No one knows Why? Thanks Inogen.

I thought I was going to have to give up my Inogen. It was not only out of warranty, they stopped making this model. It would make loud alert noises when I tried to use it. So I went looking and found the parts and changed them out myself. Blessed relief. I have my O2 machine back. It was exactly what I needed and what I ordered. I always think thee kinds of things are expensive but it’s like $100 for the parts or at least $1500 for a new machine. Score. I am so happy. Shipping was quick, too

Hice la compra por este medio ya que resulto mas sencillo que hacerlo por los números de teléfono que vienen en el manual y el producto llego en buen estado, en el empaque "inflable" en el que suelen protegerse todas las partes del equipo de inogen, con un instructivo y fue muy sencillo reemplazar las columnas siguiendo las instrucciones, gracias a este fácil acceso al producto el equipo dejo de dar la notificación de "reemplazar columnas" y "oxigeno bajo" y a poco mas de 2 semanas de haberlo recibido e instalado no ha habido ningún problema, lo recomiendo.
