I found it to be a helpful guide that nailed down the nuts and bolts of Medicare. The book was informative, easy reading with a little humor thrown in that held my attention as well as helped to clarify some of the more confusing aspects of Medicare. I highly recommend it.

Justin book is a valuable resource for the new and seasoned agent. The information can help us to explain a complex program as Medicare to those who are already confused. We as seasoned agent can forget that we could actually be talking over the head of the client. Justin's book reminds us to keep it simple.

It tells you a bunch but does not go into details. It is only under a 100 pages so I should have known. It is like you already know the information and this book is just a reminder of what you should know.

Great book for newbies to medicare and even some good info for seasoned medicare agents. Justin takes all the confusion out of MA plans and medigap plans and breaks the enrollment periods down and gives examples of when to use them. Definitely a great book if you sell medicare or for training your new agents.👍
