I have been using this wheel for about two weeks. I find the diameter of this wheel fits me fine. I am a male, 5 foot 8 inches tall. I found a great YouTube yoga wheel video at Jessica Richburg's channel. I notice a great difference, to the better, in my mid and lower back after I finish the video.The wheel is sturdy and lightweight. I highly recommend it!

I've had this for many months and have used it many times! I'm glad I chose this model over some I had been looking at that were a few dollars less. This one has a thicker pad on it than those other slightly cheaper models and it makes a huge difference in how comfortable it is to use. A friend of mine has a model with the more standard thickness of padding on it and though hers still helped me with the back pain I'd been experiencing, this model is sooooo much more comfortable. Another factor in why I chose this model to buy is that it's rated for a higher amount of body weight. I'm a small and thin person and my weight comes nowhere close to even where lower-cost models are rated for, but the reason I chose this model is that if someone is curved back on one of these wheels and it does break, there is a strong chance they could break their neck with how their head would be likely to hit the floor if the wheel were to outright snap and collapse. When I'd read some reviews where users were conveying they actually had lower-end wheels that cracked while they were using them (thankfully nothing worse than a crack happened that I'd read), I could no longer entertain the idea of saving a few dollars for one of those models. It's all fun and games until someone gets seriously hurt. Please consider the positioning of your body with how you plan to use one of these for, and how safe you feel you might actually be if you are allowing one of these to completely support your body weight and what could happen if one snaps within that scenario. I could clearly see that breaking a neck is not unrealistic, especially when the cheap ones are cracking on people. If one outright snaps, it could be devastating.I for one enjoy walking and being mobile and, yes, my friend's cheaper wheel proved to me these would help my back pain, and so I knew I wanted to buy one. I also wanted to ensure my safety while gaining that relief. The calmness of my mind is also very important, and I don't worry when I lie back over this one.I definitely recommend this brand based on my research and my personal experience with this wheel.

It definitely cracked my back! I wish it was a little softer on my spine, but it’s worth the cracks and stretch that you get and I’m not sure how they could get around that issue anyhow.

It does exactly what it should.

My back never felt better. I had to be careful, because I just started excersicing again and have done yoga in a very long time. So when I lay on it, I almost cried, that it won't work. I just gave myself some support and took it easy, just a gentle roll back and forth every 15 minutes, half hour. Buy the 4th time, it felt like a million bucks. Seriously!

As well as using it for yoga, it is great for rolling out tight erector spinae muscles being the perfect width.

Its very sturdy and wheel size is just perfect.

Colour is nice and exterior material is thick. Better than some cheap wheels. Would be good if the core material is better quality thereby heavier. I have a heavier one which is more sturdy.
