Penny Reid is one extremely funny and talented author. The dialogue was some of the best I have read and that all-consuming intense feeling of family loyalties and friendships was really hammered home. From witty barbs to some of the most heart wrenching and melting quotes my kindle highlighter was on overdrive. I bow down to this woman’s talents because I haven’t enjoyed a romantic comedy this much in a long, long time.“Yet, until that moment, I’d truly never appreciated how audaciously he carried himself, as though assured of his place as master of the universe, presiding over the kingdom of I-don’t-give-a-****.”I am now desperate for Cletus’s book, I am not sure who is up next, but these Winston boys are all totally endearing in their own way. I just glad that there are so many of them, because it means we get a lot more books like this one!“Most people live up or down to the expectations set by their label. Seriously, I swear Penny Reid could write about knitting, rugby players, and bearded men and I would love it. Oh yeah, she already did and I LOVE THEM. Yes, that’s right my fellow bookworms I am a Penny Reid addict and proud of it.“And that’s when I noticed Officer Grins-a-lot was adorable. Six foot something; smiling eyes framed by thick lashes; brown beard covering a strong, angular jaw. Maybe most people wouldn’t have described him as adorable. This book is another example as to why I love Penny Reid. I swear Ms. Reid just knows how tug our hearts with her smart, witty, quirky, and playful writing. What I love about this author that she can make any book steamy with her playful innuendos and double entendres.The beard. Call it a hipster trend or what not, the fascination with hot rugged bearded men is here to stay. And for Sienna Diaz, her knight in shining armor that comes to her rescue when she gets lost happens to be none other than a park ranger. A park ranger with a beard. A park ranger named Jethro Winston.“She may have been named Sienna instead of Sarah, and was apparently a celebrity of huge proportions, but she was still dimples and eyelashes to me.”As a famous plus size actress and America’s golden girl, Sienna Diaz is in Tennessee filming a movie that she happened to write and star. Thoughts of forever begins to linger and for a girl who never thought she would settle down, Sienna begins to come to the conclusion that she may have finally found the one. So can an A-list celebrity and a park ranger find a way to balance their relationship and make it work? But what I especially love about this book was that Penny Reid allowed readers to feel the tangible and palpable connection brewing between Jethro and Sienna. For example, the anticipation of their first kiss and first time together was worth the wait. I loved that Ms. Reid laid all the proper solid foundations of their relationship so when Jethro and Sienna finally committed to forever, it had me grinning big time. My heart was truly bursting with so much love and left me smiling big. So if you are looking for a smart, fun, and adorable romance that will leave you grinning from ear to ear and possibly looking for a hot rugged bearded man, then Grin and Beard It is the book for you. As always, Penny Reid will hold readers hostage as she delivers a fun story line with her smart and gorgeous prose. All there is left to go say, go get lost and pretend you can’t read a map and possibly your very own Jethro comes to the rescue. Sienna meets Jethro when she gets lost on a mountain road and he comes to her aid. There is an immediate interest with Sienna realising that this hunk of a guy has no idea who she is and its so refreshing she keeps quiet about being a well known actress. Jethro hasnt had a relationship in five years, he is trying to reform after being part of a biker gang and being trouble. The story is lovely with Sienna and Jethro being totally drawn to each other and Jethro`s brother giving Jethro a push when he needs it. The dialogue between the two is funny and its a good story

Jethro rescued himself from his criminal life after some life-altering incidents and is now working with his sister's boyfriend Drew.Sienna Diaz is a Hollywood A-List comedy celeb who is normal woman in the zero-figure world of movies. She writes and acts in her movies and is very funny. She is in Tennessee for shooting her latest movie and being geographically challenged keeps meeting Jethro who is always travelling up and down the mountains.It is insta-attraction but is so much fun to read! There is so much to love in this book! JUST GO READ THIS ONE.Can't wait for Cletus's story...

I love Penny Reid's books! After reading the first book from the Winston brothers, I had to get this one!! It didn't let me down!Jethro is this strong, bear catching park ranger who has a criminal history, but who also has a big heart! When he stumbles upon a lost and confused woman in the middle of the mountains, Jethro stops to offer assistance! Low and behold, it's non other than Sienna Diaz the A-list celebrity. Jethro hasn't a clue who she is! Slowly they begin to hang out together and feelings develop. On learning Sienna's true identity, their relationship is faced with challenges and more confessions.Their chemistry is breathtaking!Cletus!!! Ohhhhh Cletus, I cannot WAIT for his book!!!Highly recommend!

Every single one of Penny Reid's books has been a delight. Funny, moving, and romantic in the most clever, modern way. Great stories, hilarious and witty dialogue - these books are really a joy to read. happily we have quite a few Winston siblings to cover, so I'm looking forward to savoring each of their tales. Grin and Beard it follows Jethro, the eldest brother, whose path did not run to the straight and narrow, having followed his father's footsteps into the Wraith's motorcycle club. Having turned his life and lifestyle around, he accidentally meets America's sweetheart, Oscar winning comedy film star and screenplay writer, Sienna Diaz, as she throws a fit on the map she can't read on the mountain road she has been up and down a dozen times trying to locate the cabin she's supposed to be staying in on Bandit Lake.
