Baby needs to have a strong latch and momma needs to feed high on chest
The only way I could get this working was to feed above the bra and then not move AT ALL because baby's latch isn't very strong. I could maybe see this working when my son is a little older, but not worth the headache trying to figure it out. I returned. Could work great for dads or small chested moms.

It's not for women with large breasts.
