Can this product be used with your front center side or we are speakers?

Since it doesn’t built the power amplifier inside the wireless receiver, so it only works with powered/active speaker or subwoofer. Unless you have a mini power amplifier connected between the wireless receiver and passive speaker via RCA cable.

These are 2-channel devices. They are not 3 channel devices. So if I understand your setup correctly, you would need 2 sets of these (2 transmitters and 2 receivers) to meet your two pairs of sub speakers.

The additional wireless receiver can be purchased from the original manufacturer, for the single to multi wireless audio transmission. 2 of these WSA-series wireless transmitter/receives also can work at the same time.
