2 stars because you need two people to carry the two boxes that this comes in. You need two people to put this together.The two screws on either side of the two side panels are the only thing holding the structure together.Only two adults can comfortably sit on these.Two of your thinner friends on the “love seat” and two of your normal size friends on the “sofa”.This furniture is a huge disappointment. First and last time purchasing furniture online ever.

The loveseat and matching sofa look great, but we’re incredibly difficult to assemble. It was definitely a two person job, and one had to be skilled. The seats are quite hard, and when you move back or forward, there’s a clicking sound you hear from the parts that join the arms to the body.

I absolutely love my new couch. Arrived very promptly. The couch was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to assemble, and looks very elegant and nice. Its very soft, you don't sink down in it, and I personally love the extra high armrests. It is a beautiful velvety grey that is extremely soft. I'm in love with my purchase and considering purchasing the matching sofa as well!

I looked at hundreds of chesterfield sofas and I like the updated style of this sofa along with the cream color. I waited a month to receive it. It had to be ordered twice. The first time, the shipping was late and then it was lost; second time it was late. But at least it arrived.There are multiple issues with sofa:1. There was a quarter size grease mark on the back2. There was dirt on the front panel3. The arm’s would not connect to the main piece. Then we finally figured it out that the brackets were installed upside down. We unscrewed and reversed them and the arms slid in.4. The instructions are terrible5. There was a chip on one of the leg6. The best for last, the arms are different thickness, on is thinner than the other!I will be returning this! I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of this sofa

I liked the color, but was so upset with the height of the furniture. I’m 5’ & felt like it was looking at baby furniture. It didn’t even stop in the middle of my behind. Was easy to install my 14yr old daughter put it together, but just small! But was the prefect color.

The couch is very pretty, but not comfortable at all. It would be nice maybe for a waiting room or a living room where no one sits. I will never buy a couch again that I cannot sit on first. You live and learn!
