An excellent book for all who care for their bodies!
Love this book! A must for anyone who wants to understand more about how foods can impact our health - made me remember that we really are what we eat! An easy read with lots of insightful tips - really helped me to find ways to reduce my stress too! highly recommend!

Simply.... looking after your health and well-being
This is a great little book. I've been guilty over the years of not looking after my health and wellbeing as well as I should, and this book not only makes sense but makes it all soo simple. Some easy switches and I now feel great 👍

A short, sweet, pocket guide - extremely useful
I really like Helen Barshaw's 'down to earth' style, with no woffle or scientific 'mumbo jumbo'. It gets straight to the point and provides a clear course of action to start your healing journey.

Great read, I have been trying to change my lifestyle for some time and naturally change some ongoing symptoms. Cannot wait to put this information into practice and change my life, health, mind and future.
