Q: Will these hold 4" round bed legs?

Hello, The only bed riser on the market that I have found that has a opening larger then 3" is this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FXT8XC2 It has an opening that accepts bed posts up to 5.5". Hope this helps.

Q: I need only 1-1/2” lift - can the riser bodies be trimmed shorter?

It is not recommended to modify these lifts. Consider a 2” lift instead. A piece of 2x4 lumber cut into squares would come very close to your lift needs. You can add felt or anti-slip sheet to bottom and paint to any color.

Q: What is the diameter of the top of the riser where the furniture leg is set in? Is a 3" rise guaranteed or is it less?

The diameter is 3 1/2 inches. The actual rise is 3 1/8”. Hope this answers your question.

Just wanted 3" lift, that's perfect. well built. happy with purchase.
