Honestly 🤔
This review is for vanilla flavour shake. It gives bloating and gas, just like any other of these products. Feeling hungry instantly after, and having weird food cravings. You’re way better off with a slice of grilled/boiled chicken breast, or a scoop of protein powder in plain water. Taste wise is too sweet (hence the food cravings). Thanks!
