Updated review — didn’t work - now it does - read!
I needed this for a 100ft run. Didn't work. Worked on a test run at 25 feet and that was it. Very clear at 25 ft. Returned it. I left a bad review- the company reached out and tried extremely hard to rectify the situation. They made several attempts to solve the problem and ultimately they sent me a newer version of the box. The new version works great!! So it now gets 5 stars for the part and for the amazing customer service! Highly recommend this seller - they were awesome!!

Well worth the price .
This works great with a 100' cable (6e) on the first try. Most say the video quality was good but not great. (Cat 5 wire had problems with quality) . For the cost of a 100' HDMI vs the converter and a cat 6e . We'll worth the money, and easy set up, Ps . You will need 2 shorter HDMI to and from device and display.

Simple setup, worked the first time it was connected.
Worked as described. Did not read any instructions just plugged them in on both sides and they worked! Picture is clear for the security system it is displaying.

These don't work
Don't buy this!! Purchased 3 of these - none work. Used various known-good HDMI and network cables of different lengths and types. Tried multiple HDMI sources. I tried resetting, didn't work. Even with short cables and Cat6, couldn't get a picture.

Over the last couple of years I have purchased several of these. If you are needing to transfer an HDMI signal a long distance they are the way to go. They are easy to install and versatile.

It's pretty damn good for the money, very easy to get going (plug and play basically) but if you're going to be using this on a big TV for watching a lot of content from the source, I would recommend a more expensive alternative, as there is some degradation of image colours occasionally, particularly with deep blacks, where I get some patchy red pixels. Didn't get this with my previous HDMI over Ethernet solution.

Es practico, de excelente calidad, solo lo conectas y listo, no requiere de nada más, el fabricante lo recomienda para una distancia de máximo 60 metros, yo lo tengo a una distancia de 72 metros y funciona sin problema, la señal de HDMI llega limpia, sin interferencia y sin bajar la calidad de imagen.

Works as it should and was a great price. Sent HD footage 150 feet to a stage. Picture was clear and not laggy
