Adam Hall SKS024 Keyboard Stand Extension/Stacker

The extension is more or less exactly as described. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that the holes in my existing keyboard stand were slightly too small to fit the extension. (I was under the impression that it was a universal fit.) I purchased 2x 3/4" pvc fittings in order to make the connection which worked great for the extension to hook into, but was still just barely too large for a perfect fit on the back of my stand. With some electrical tape and some glue, I was able to solve the problem fairly easily, but it would have been nice to be aware ahead of time that this was a possible issue. Aside from this small detail, I am very pleased with the product and still well worth the money.

Bought this to add a third tier to a Double Studio Mixer PA DJ Keyboard Laptop Stand by Griffin. Because I have an Akai MPK- 25 on the 2nd tier I had to cut the cross member on this stand to make it a couple inches narrower. The item itself is well made and very sturdy, It fits will .

Not what I had expected and didn't fit my existing keyboard stand.

Excellent stand bought as a second tier to my pulse z stand, this style of stand is built with a 30mm box section, the 2nd tier amazon description says it will fit x and z stands, if your z stand is built with anything bigger than a 25 mm box section metal then like i have done to make this particular stand fit is to pack out the box section with some wood or something similar around 12 mm to 15 mm, then insert stand legs and open the jaws to give a secure fit.once on this stand is firm and adjustable for keyboard tilt, the beauty of the z stands is the extra width you have so your main keys move forward and then the adam and hall stand sits lovely with the second keyboard.

Very sturdy and well made. Unfortunately useless to me as it does not fit any of my standard tubular single or double X frames. A list of compatible devices, or at least the diameter of the connection sockets in the product description would have been useful.

Bought this SKS024 stand extension to add it to my newly keyboard stand RJX29 (which by the way is an Amazon standard one). Unfortunately I returned the SKS024 Stand Extension as the connection knobs on the extension are far too thick and don't fit inside the standard keyboard stand.The build quality is good and very easy to assemble, but shame it doesn't come with a standard size connection knob...

These stand extensions are solid and very stable mounted on my Quicklock x stand. The only trouble is they are not height adjustable and they throw the second tier too far forwards. See photo. So I modified them to work. It's a simple mod that enables the full control panel on the Forte to be accessible whilst keeping the height difference between the lower and upper keyboards as little as possible. And not having to tilt the upper keyboard down. The adjustable nature of these stands makes this solution very flexible.

A great extension for any keyboard stand with the required size tubes I've used it with my Tiger 2 layer to gain an extra layer now I have a three keyboard stand, perfect.
