CCDA 200-310 Official Cert Guide 5th Edition

I have to admit this is one of the best books i have read for Cisco certifications.I think it cover most if not all the topics required to give you an associate level of knowledge and PASS the exam .. most of the books won't actually give you the ability to pass the test without additional resources.I liked the questions at the end of each chapters to evaluate your knowledge.Thanks guys hopefully the upcoming books keep the same level or higher..

Official Cisco training is expensive, and if you don't have an employer paying for you to learn, then you are stuck figuring it out on your own. Cisco press books are a great value. I have purchased the CCNA set, CCNP routing and switch, and this book for CCDA. All the answers are here, you just need to pay attention to what the book emphasizes and you can pass the test.

I haven't finished the book yet, but so far I like what I'm seeing. Using the book paired with the Pearson IT Certification online content is a must. You'll get access to study planners and review materials. I found the OCG to be a phenomenal information resource as a technical reference, but a bit disjointed from the actual exam. For disclosure reasons I can't go into further detail, but I'd recommend pairing this book with CBT Nuggets and a hefty dose of real-world experience.

Got what I paid for.

Currently there are one a few books available for the CCDA (200-310). While this is the best one on the market, its lacking in the information provided. The material jumps all over the place. Countless times the book will repeat a complete section within a page or two of each other. While repeating itself might drive home the information, I find it simply fluff to make the book bigger. I am currently looking for additional material to use as I pursue my CCDA and CCDP.

A great book and easy read for those motivated to learn and master the arts of design !
