How to make a haggis your friends will eat
I love hosting Burns Supper in January, where my friends all get together to celebrate the Scottish poet. But sheep stomach is hard to get and turns my guests’ appetites off. What to do? Boiling bag! This little beauty worked perfectly, just fill the bag half full with the ground meat, roll to get a nice round shape, and then poke the bag a couple times with a fork, just like a real haggis. Boil for about 90 minutes, and Bob’s your uncle. Serve with Daddy’s Favorite Brown Sauce. Takes the yuck factor out of haggis entirely.

Perfect fit
We make our own lunchmeat and these bags are better than the round ones.

Not so hot
The bags are long and narrow and difficult to close (tied a knot in it, might try a twist tie).
