Service Coordinator Donna
After 14 months of ownership, 2nd season install, the cover ripped from back to front not on a seam. It became brittle and when I inquired about the 2 yr warranty; Donna was most pleasant to work with and the company stood behind the product and sent a replacement after validating my purchase and picture sent. Unfortunately I only had the wheel covers and overhead straps cuz I threw the cover in the trash out of frustration. Good company, bad batch of material. Now to put the replacement cover on after the holiday. Hopefully a better material.

Overall good cover
Overall good fit. NOT reinforced on the corners or where the awning is, already developed a small hole at the front of the awning. It is keeping my camper clean so it is doing what I wanted.

Paper Thin and not durable
This cover was starting its third season here in the Pacific Northwest. I used it from November to April for two years. The cover was stored in its bag during the warm seasons in a 70 degree room. I recently put the cover on after the Thanksgiving weekend. We encountered winds of to 40 mph one night but I wasn't concerned. Recently I went by our storage facility to find the trailer (pictured) in tatters. The cover was simply too brittle and the wind ripped it right down the middle from front to back. When I went to pull the cover off, it was ripping in my hands. This material shouldn't be used for an RV cover rather a cover for something that is stored indoor for dust protection. It is amazing how fragile this cover is. I don't usually do reviews, but I felt compelled to warn people about this piece of crap to the RV community. My advice is look elsewhere, this cover isn't your answer for RV protection.

PRODUCT SEAMS TO BE MADE WELL
ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW IT HOLDS UP. FIRST WINTER STORED OUTSIDE IN CHICAGO. INSTRUCTION SAY TO TAKE ON TOP OF RV AND FIND TAG THAT SAYS FRONT AND UNROLL IT . NOT THAT EASY AND HAD TO TURN IT COMPLETELY AROUND. ALSO IT IS VERY SLIPPERY WHEN YOU WALK ON IT.

Not what I hoped for.
Don't know about durability yet because we've just recently received and installed this product. As for installation it wasn't too bad with two people and no wind and went rather well. BUT, as for waterproof or water resistant, it's not. We've received no rain here for the last six months as least (drought) and the trailer was absolutely dry when the product was installed two weeks ago (first week of october). Since then we've received some decent rain and upon checking have found as much moisture inside the cover on the trailer as outside. Yes, water does seem to run off the fabric as stated, but enough enough gets through to cause moisture on the top and sides of the trailer and accumulates in the bottom of the cover where the elastic seam is located. Additionally, I assumed the cover would come with three zippers on the entry side of the trailer, as pictured, but instead it came with just two (one on each end of the cover) which makes it difficult to enter your trailer without rolling the entire side up. Would I purchase this product again, probably not, but I think it might make a good dust cover in the warm months if it holds up to the weather and sun.

Problem with cover but service was exceptional
I had a problem with the cover ripping after purchasing last fall. Khloee came to the rescue and replaced it for me no charge. Customer service is very good.

Seems good
Fits well, we have a 29’ trailer. Zippers around door are nice, just wish it had them on the opposite side so we could open the tip-out while it’s covered. Ours has to be opened to get to the kitchen!
