Absolutely best for muscle gramps.

I used this product for chemo induced peripheral neuropathy.I had excellent results, and now, 3 months later the tingling is almost totally gone in my hands and feet. After my chemo was over, I took 3 tablets a day; 2 with breakfast and one with lunch. I highly recommend it to others who many be going through chemotherapy that may have a side effect of peripheral neuropathy. I also used My Community Lion's Mane, and massaged in TKO Pain Relief from Garden of Health...don't give up!The added benefit of this combination of amino acids was that my thinking became ultra clear. My brain was functioning at ultimate efficiency. Awesome product.

I have started and stopped this supplement a couple of times. Every time I start it, I am amazed at how great I feel after about two weeks of consistent use. Better sleep, more energy, sharper focus and concentration. Almost too good to be true.The worrisome thing -- and the reason I can't give it five stars -- is that my blood pressure goes way up about an hour or so after I take the first dose in the morning. I don't know if it's this supplement, but I've read that Acetyl L-Carnitine can raise blood pressure in some people. This is the only thing I've added to my medical routine recently. My blood pressure is usually under control and borderline high. I take a moderate dose of Propranolol for my blood pressure.So the jury is still out on the blood pressure issue here. My experience with this supplement may be totally unrelated, but I need to share this for others who might have tendency toward high BP.

I started this brand name about the same time I started Nordic Omega about six months ago. I take two tablets a day. I got the best blood test back recently that I have had in years. I can't remember what I researched that this does, But between this and my Nordic Omega that I also switched to I feel better, my blood tests are great, I have lost my headaches, I had for years. I am still a bit overweight because I eat sinfully. I often am told I look younger than I am. Sorry, I can't remember why I started taking this supplement, but I do believe it is a quality product. I did research the various companies that make this product before I switched to this one.

I switch to this product after having bought the Spring Valley one. At first glance it seems more expensive but when you read the serving size, Spring Valley is two tablets while this one is one tablet. Also it is closer to the dosage I want and comes in one sturdy tablet and a light tight container.

I was a very sharp cookie for many years, and menopausal brain fog took away my focus, memory and concentration. I could barely do my job. I started taking these, and honestly, I could feel the improvement with the first tab. Warning: do not take at nighttime because the energy component will also cause insomnia. Besides thinking more clearly, I feel like I have a little more energy and a little more upbeat, too, but the main benefit is the brain sharpness. Read on internet that it's good to take just a few times a week and take off one week a month. I haven't done that yet. Been taking for several weeks now and I feel like I did mentally when I was 35 (20 years ago).

Other capsules irritate stomach. This doesnt. Great!
