Perfect Easter book for little ones
Easter is coming up, so I decided to grab this hardcover for my 5 year old, and he’s been loving it! He read it the first night we got it and now it’s part of his bedtime routine. He likes the silly idea of the bunny wanting to be something else, and we always end up laughing at some of the animal choices. The story is short and easy for him to follow, and the illustrations are cute without being too busy. The pictures are bright and clear, and we both enjoy pointing out the little details, he especially loves how funny and sweet all the animals look. The bunny, the bear, and the beavers have quickly become some of his favorites. He’s starting to read more on his own, so this beginner book is right at his level, it gives him confidence without being too challenging. I’m glad I picked the hardcover version too, it feels sturdy and will definitely last through all the page flipping he’s been doing. It’s turned into one of those books that he wants to revisit every day, and it’s been a cute way for us to spend time together before bed.

Favorite book for 3 generations!
I bought this book for my daughter 35 years ago and it became her favorite from her library of books she had. Then got passed down to her daughter 16 yrs ago and it was a big hit with her as well. Now its a huge hit with my daughter's (my granddaughter) little 2 yr old. The author has other books in her series of PJ Funny Bunny but this book has been the most entertaining and as we read to them over and over they memorized the whole book and when getting ready to read, it helped them read it on their own. The book is a cute and funny story that all 3 of them enjoy. I had to buy a new copy because the original book I bought my daughter was in storage and it was easier to buy another than go thru my storage looking for it as the price is great. I highly recommend this book for reading to babies thru primary school. I started reading to my daughter at 6 months and never missed a evening reading it to her. Now my daughter reads it to my granddaughter which she enjoys very much.

great children's book
This was one of our favorite books to read when my kids (40 and 36) were small. Now that I am about to become a grandmother, I will carry on the tradition

Classic Story about being yourself!
This is such a delightful story! I love reading it to my students because it teaches them that it's perfectly okay to be themselves! A classic story for all ages! I also like giving this book as a gift for baby showers.

Great read for a Bunny obsessed toddler
"Its Not Easy Being a Bunny" has become the new favorite book of my two year old grand daughter. I don't mind overall, that I have to read this book for every nap time that she visits, since it is short and not tedious to get through even though it is not a rhyming book and it has a good story message. There is also enough repetition that young readers can help read along with the book.

Got to have it.
A Classic! Every parent needs to read this book to their child. Don’t be afraid to do the voices! The language repetition, silly illustrations and heart-warming conclusion make this book essential in every library.
