Decent beef broth concentrate paste!
So versatile since I have always just used the box broths ie College Inn, Pacific or Swanson. This jar claims to make 38 cups of broth. Don't really care too much quantity but the quality means more to me. Yes the sodium can be high but as a chef just know how to mix it in with other ingredients and you won't go wrong with this product. Makes your beef braises more flavorful and French onion soup delicious!!!

Best product I have found in a while for flavoring.
Tried for the first time and I am amazed at the difference in flavor compared to liquid stock and bouillons. These gives food a nice rich original flavor. It can be used in all types of cooking. I will for sure be purchasing more of this in all flavors offered. I highly recommend for you to try, I think you will be amazed.

Great Product
It's a great product to add add flavor to mashed potatoes, soups, gravies, etc. Have used it for a long time and continue to find new uses for it!

Better than bouillon cubes
Much better than bouillon cubes. Easy to use, large opening for measuring spoons. Taste great.

Truly better than bouillon
Delicious, all natural, easy to dissolve. I add it to soups, stews, chili. It adds an extra depth of flavor and umami deliciousness.

Versatile product.
I love this product!! So simple & easy to use but the best thing of all is that it is very flavorful. I have also used it in making plain rice to give it a bit of flavor. My husband uses it when he makes burgers & marinates the hamburgers in a mix of that.

The description clearly states it is a "pack of 6" but I received only one jar, making it a very expensive bit of fish stock. I wrote the company, and Amazon, to complain and never received a response from either. Catherine
