These wood wicks are MUCH thinner than expected and they will not burn. I gave two candles as gifts and friends stated that the wick would not stay lit. I tried to light one myself, and it rapidly fizzled out. I went online searching for what I did wrong, but apparently, it's just BAD QUALITY.

These are paper thin and will will turn off because how thin they are and wax will drown them out

These wicks are not as thick as the wood wicks we have seen in candle shops. I had hoped they would be easier to use than the cotton wicks that often come unattached from their bases. They really are not what I had hoped for, but they do burn ok once the candle is made.

Excellent holders, and good sturdy wicks. They burn clean, are easy to clip and shape, and provide a wide, broad flame. Very happy with them.
