Serves the purpose moderately. Got for second time. Bit costly. Not able to find a good oil pulling stuff in the market. So settled for this.

Its a good product for oil pulling as it contains many natural products good for oral health. Taste is bland so one can easily use it. It's a little thick oil so rinse your mouth well with water after oil pulling to reduce any after taste.

Avoid , it awful in taste feel like palm oil plain could have added a punch of clove or something.. wasteful avoid
