Is this the msrp for this card?

NO! The MSRP for the 6700XT is $479.00 People are panic buying these cards, it's insane! Normally AIB partners charge up $100 more then the ref. cards... Not these days. If you wait, they will come back to normal once they can't sell them for the OUTRAGEOUS prices!!!!

why is the price so high?

The price is high because the seller is trying to rip you off by selling it for more than double the MSRP. Want to get one cheaper? Just buy a custom prebuilt PC with this card in it, and select the cheapest motherboard,cpu,psu etc, that you can get and it will still be cheaper than the asking price of this seller.

In the graphics section it states this is a different card. is it not an rx 6600? or is it a firepro 2270?

This card is a PowerColor Hellhound AMD Radeon RX 6600 Graphics Card with 8GB GDDR6 Memory. It's not a FirePro 2270 I've never heard or had one of those.

How well will this handle Fallout 4/76 and Cyberpunk 2077?

I’m using Ultra Wide 2K monitor 34 inch it runs awesome .I do play fallout 76 and 4 . and Anno 18 ultra setting but I did not play cyberpunk yet. But I do run pretty good I don’t see no stuttering so far
