Not effective as yet
Came in a blue pack not as image i don't know if there's any difference? I'm taking for maybe a week or a little less .no 3ffect whatsoever.. nothing like others in the reviews stated . Maybe I'll keep taking and see .but I've no high hopes for the promised effects .

i started using them today as i did have some other ones which had gone out of stock.so i got these and i am enjoying them. also losing weight

Be careful, I found these gave me the worst diarrhoea ever, it is listed as a symptom but I only read that when I thought I needed to see a gp as I was so unwell, it was my husband who asked if I thought it was these, within a day or so of stopping these I was fine…… so I have them at the ready should I become constipated

Amazing if you want to loose weight
Highly recommend you make this a part of your diet everyday. 1 tablet 3 times a day with your meals and watch that waist line start to appear. It works with a healthy lifestyle and exercise. Doesn't make you run to the loo and entle on the tummy. Much better than thr liquid if you don't like thr state.
