My neighbor has one for her cat, who enjoys his a lot! But my cat is scared of it even after I pulled the fountain off and let it just bubble and she still won't drink from it. I think it's the glowing LED light scares her as she stared at it for a long time. I take her over to it and put water on my finger then on her mouth so she can see it's water, I think today i'll dip her paw in it then when she licks her paw she'll see it's only water. I read on the internet it can take weeks before they get use to these, even months! I did read plastic ones like these do get scratched and when they do they harbor harmful bacteria which causes chin acne in cats, a concern of mine, so I don't plan on using it that long. My neighbor has one made of plastic like this and says she's used it for 3 years with no problems.

This is the second one Ice purchased. My cats love it, as long as the little flower spout is removed. Without the flower attachment, the water bubbles up gently from the center. The reservoir holds so much more water than it appears, and I usually just top it up a little each day, but it could easily run several days without getting too low.I really like how easy it is to replace the filters. And especially how the lid only holds a small tray of water exposed to the air. The water trickles down slots at the edges to be refiltered and this helps eliminate quick evaporation, and also keeps the accessible water cooler than room temp.My cats love to lick right where it bubbles up in the center and both drink a good amount each day. I bought a second one to have upstairs so they didn't have to go so far to find a drink when it's been so hot this summer.

This little kitty fountain is pretty awesome. I ordered it about a month ago. Easy to assemble, quiet, cats love it. I might have to get another one!!! I saw reviews about leaking, but I haven't had any problems AT ALL and am very pleased with this product so far.

The capacity of this water dispenser for my pet is quite enough. The filter capabilities are there, but I highly doubt they actually filter very minute things. The weight is appropriate. The quality of this is made well, and it performs very well. It is whisper quiet. I love the light too.

I am giving the iPettie Neverland LED Cat Fountain four stars instead of five due to a design flaw with the fountain. I have owned a non-lighted cat fountain I purchased on Amazon for almost 1.5 years that works fine but since I have two cats I thought it would be nice if each had their own fountain. Set up was easy enough and I am mechanically challenged. The problem is and it drives me crazy - the notch for the cord is not wide enough - the cord will not stay in the notch. Either the cord is too wide or the notch is not wide enough. I think the issue is the notch because the fountain works as you can tell from the photo. The pump and LED light work fine. I tried to force the cord inside the notched area but it won't stay put. I didn't want to do any damage to the cord thereby causing the fountain to stop working. Now that I've used the fountain two days I probably can't exchange it.

This fountain is a wonderful product. My cats love that the water runs out of the spout and they always have fresh water. The filter takes out all the impurities and gives them fresh clean water. I also love that it lights up and gives a soft light. The light also helps me see when the fountain needs more water. This product exceeded my expectations.

Works great, easy to clean, very serviceable. One part seems to fit a little loose (the part that sits over the pump water outlet) but maybe it’s supposed to for ease of disassembly, because it works fine nonetheless. My only whine really is the bright LED. White would be better than blue in a dark room. Not sure why every manufacturer is still obsessed with blue displays or LEDs.

The media could not be loaded.  Although my cat is a little dumb and uses it the wrong way, she loves it. Got it so she wasn't drinking her fur all the time. It's also super easy to clean and fill. Just gets a little pricy when buying new filters 👍

I have 2 of these, the newest one (for some reason) leaks water from above or below. Placed it on a towel - the towel is always wet so stopped using. My other unit upstairs - no issues at all.Edit - customer service was amazing, I got a new non-leaking unit very soon after the review. Very happy with product now, amending the review to reflect this :)

Our princess ragdoll loves this. She refuses to drink from a dish. Now she drinks whenever she likes. So glad we purchased this.
