DR Strings RDA-10 RED DEVILS RED Colored Acoustic Guitar Strings 10-48 Extra Light

these are my favorite, mid-priced acoustic strings - by far. i'm fond of using the Martin & Co., "MEC-12", Clapton signature strings & when i feel like splurging, i'm still an old Elixir (Nano-wound only) fan as well as ClearTone's. but for the money, the life & love i realize from these DR Red Devil's are hard to beat (IMHO, but it's all a personal preference thing at the end of the day). i'd definitely recommend these suckers & i'll definitely buy them again. the resonance is exceptional, the feel is on par w/ much pricier brands too but for less $$$, and you get a little different "look" than you're probably used to if you haven't tried "Red's" yet. personally, i think they're pretty cool looking actually - but more importantly, they play very well & tend to last surprising long before they "die". i will say that i'd have given 'em 5-stars except that when they have nearly reached the end of their lives they do tend to die rather quickly/ abruptly. otherwise, they're exceptionally well engineered strings for the price.
