Firstly- customer service has been excellent.Despite very good packaging, the set arrived with one broken plate and a chipped pasta bowl.Rather than return the whole set (this was offered) I asked if they would be happy simply replacing the damaged ones and they agreed. I received these (once restocked) and within 28 days. Thankyou.I absolutely LOVE this crockery set.I was initially looking for a plain white china but struggled to find the shape I wanted and also find something that wasn’t stone ware or earthen ware as I have found that doesn’t stay hot.I kept coming back to this and I love the fact each item is a different pattern .Practically:The plates and dishes are not too thick and chunky but enough to feel substantial. Inbetween a China and an earthenware.They have washed in the dishwasher well and look fab incorporated with the white China we still use.They are oven proof and not shown any cracking in the glaze (like some jersey pottery I have)They stay hot after being heated in the oven.I would highly recommend. ☺️

I love the colours in this dinner service, that's what made me buy it. I was not disappointed, it is exactly as the photos. The crockery is quite weighty and sturdy, I imagine it wouldn't chip easily. You don't have to match the colours either just use as you fancy, so if you were to break an item it's not too much of a problem. It also fits in with some bowls of a similar style bought here. I really like it and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely dinner set (bought the 32 set so 8 x everything) first box opened all good and 4 different colours of each item. second box opened and the bowels had 2 x duplicate colours, so if this is important for you, make sure to check straight away.

A bright modern dinner service. I would recommend this item and will probably be getting a set for my daughter soon.

I bought two of these, one for my daughter, one for myself. Both of us love the design and quality of this set. Highly recommended. The fact that they are all different is nice too.

These really are beautiful!The colours and design are lovely. I couldn't be happier with my set. All good sizes and the cups have a good base on them so they're not easily knocked.*Recommend!*

la vajilla es simplemente HERMOSA!, tal cual y como viene anunciada. Es resistente y la puedes meter al micro. Es más bonita de lo que parece, no me arrepiento de la compra.

Ok- I love the fact that these can be mixed and matched and still look great together on the table.PROS:- The Dinner plate, Salad plate, and bowls are a great size for most meals. (I honestly use the bowls and salad plates for most of my meals)- Colors are just as vibrant as shown.- Some dinnerware that state it is microwaveable gets hot in the microwave, NOT THESE! (Obviously still use caution when pulling something out of the microwave- but that is a no brainer and should go without being told.)- These are solid, not too heavy, but definitely not flimsy.CONS:(Not a con for me per se, just something my husband voiced his opinion on.)- The coffee cups are a bit on the small side, so be careful if using a pod machine, the 4 ounce option is great if you use cream and/or sugar, but if you only drink black coffee, 6 ounce option is ok.Thankfully I went out on a limb and ordered 2 sets of these for a total plate setting for 8 people- I’m glad I did, because they really are beautiful!

These dinnerware items are sturdy and very beautiful. My wife selected them as a birthday gift after much research and is very pleased with them.
