Delicious giardiniera to spice up your food!
I wanted to make Italian beef and this was the perfect giardiniera for my recipe. I did half hot and half mild so this was great to have both flavors. It is delicious on sub sandwiches and to add to sausage and peppers as well. It goes great on charcuterie boards and adds an extra kick to your eggs!

I didn't realize good giardinara would be impossible to find in the stores
I'm from Chicago & lived there my whole life until about 2.5 years ago. My husband & moved to Michigan & then to Colorado now. I didn't realize good giardinara would be impossible to find in the stores, but it is! Thank goodness for Amazon for making Vienna Beef giardinara accessible! It's delicious on so many things & being a vegetarian I love to put it on lentils. : )
