My nephew loved it!
Although the Nintendo Wii is discontinued, I was not interested in investing in the Switch right now ( for my nephews and nieces). Amazon offered this game for an excellent price and it worked. This must be mentioned as I had bought Nintendo Wii games from other companies that did not work and I question their authenticity.I can rely on Amazon for selling authentic electronics.

the lego studio delivers a better than mediocre game
After much anticipation from The Force Awakens movie, the lego studio delivers a better than mediocre game. It is understandable as the The Complete Saga is a fan favorite and will inevitably compared to one another. There are many levels and planets to explore yet it feels as if something is lacking. First of all, the navigation is slightly hindered in my opinion as you must travel by clicking on a planet and does not deliver much info as to what is on it and could be much simpler. The cantina in the game previously mentioned provides easier navigation through the levels and movies themselves. You are able to customize characters but you have to look for a while and explore each freaking corner of the rebel base to find it. Also characters having a multitude of abilities is a bit of a double edged sword if you are not wanting to memorize the abilities of every secondary character that made a miniscule appearance within the movie. Also the addition of everybody's favorite SJW, Kathleen Kennedy seems unnecessary and annoying.

Continuing the lego video game fun.
This is a fun game and exploring planets is the funniest part of all. There a lot more of characters compared to my other Lego Star Wars Games.

Amazing game, very playable on Wii U
Wish the frame rate was better on the Wii U but given that, it's still a ton of fun and the best Lego game I've seen. Loads of content, great co-op. Parts remind me of classic LucasArts games like X-Wing and Rebel Assault in terms of fighting missions but put into a fantastic Lego humor package. My favorite is playing with the Mini Finalizer - you'll know what it is if you got it!

May the For e Be With You :)
Fast shipping on the product! Fair price too. This was a birthday gift for a nephew who loves Star Wars. He was enamored with the game for the 1st week or so then went back to playing Mario as his "go to". He does like this game but it's not his favorite. He is 10. The older brother who is 14 also enjoys playing it.

Fun game, terrible optimization
Sorry to say it, fellow Wii U owners, but looks like we got shafted again by a third party release. Patch or no patch, there's still terrible frame rate, screen tearing, and audio that at times sounds like it was ripped from a VHS copy of the movie. Yes, VHS.The game itself is enjoyable. LEGO humor is always funny, even though the voice acting in this one makes it stand out against LEGO Star Wars 1, 2, and 3. Another thing that separates this game from its predecessors is the amount of stuff going on on-screen at any given time. Not only does all this visual noise simply confuse me most of the time, but it cuts the framerate down to near-unplayable levels. Voice acting is alright; the actors reprise their roles when needed for extra dialogue. You can clearly tell what lines are ripped from the movie and what lines were recorded for this game specifically, which at times irks me. But I always get a laugh out of the series making fun of itself in this kind of fashion. The Easter Egg with Kylo Ren's room is a special treat. The choose what you build mechanic makes for some interesting puzzles (at least in the cases where the game doesn't tell you the exact order to build things). Cutscenes look pretty good as well; it's about one of the few times the game holds a consistent framerate. All in all its a great game, just near unplayable on this console. Hate to say it, but go get the PC or non-Nintendo console version instead of this one.
