PangeaHatch Premium Reptile Egg Incubation Substrate (1 lb) (Package May Vary)

I just hatched 7 baby Crested Geckos with this Pangea and they came out so good. There was a great amount of fluid left in the eggs at hatch time and the hatchlings are strong and thriving!

I knew NOTHING about how to care for gecko eggs, this one popped out of nowhere. Despite the challenges of having to learn within an hour how to care for it and bring this egg back to life, after trying all petcos near me that only had coconut bedding soil, (top pic) I thought why not try amazon. I came across this product! Ordered it the night of and got it the very next day! & definitely saved this egg! very easy directions, no measurements like the rest. I HIGHLY recommend.

Found an egg in my gecko's enclosure (she came to me gravid). Looked for another and sure enough, there it was. Don't know when she laid them, but I ordered Hatch immediately and it arrived the next day. I followed the instructions and incubated the eggs at room temperature. Never needed to add water - just left the eggs in the Hatch in a glass Tupperware container with a few holes punched on the top totally alone for almost 3 months. Checked on it twice/day. It was like a beautiful miracle to my eyes when two darling babies hatched :)

Come on, everyone knows this is the stuff! Lol. If you are thinking about buying this for your eggs, buy it!!!! Works great!

I am a first time breeder, with this product it was much easier for me to regulate humidity (compared to hatch rite). I loved it, so far 100% hatch rate with VERY little changes.. I have had to put in more water twice since January 30th when my first clutch was laid.. I have 60 - 70 more days before season is over I could see I might have to add a little more water again. This is genuinely beginner fool proof and the fact that I can use it again next season!!! It's AMAZING!!!!!Update, I only lost 2 eggs out of 50+ eggs, I only added water two times in a 6 months period. I just ordered an 8 lbs bag, as I have 12 females to lay eggs compared to 3 last season. Will update again next year to see how it went.

worked well for hatching my leopard geckos, I sprayed it once at the beginning and after that never had to mess with it again.

amazon or someone put the shipping label over the label with instructions on how to use, it was unnecessary as the back of the bag had no label and was the same size. I found the directions for how to use by going to Pangea website. Other than that looks great ,FAST delivery . my snakes wont lay eggs for a Few more weeks so looking forward to trying it!

It works as designed. It absorbs water like it should and holds moisture like it should. I used it to incubate turtle eggs, and it did the job very well. I waited through the entire incubation process, and it worked just fine. You will know if it needs water, because it will dry out . It reminds me of the clay kitty litter where if it is wet, it is a darker color and when it dries out it goes back to the original color.
