I had a fairly serious moth problem due to contaminated bird food I had in the house. I first tried a moth trap from Safer. I then decided I needed more traps and bought a box of Dr. Killigan's. 1) Dr. K's is easier to assemble; you just pull off a sheet that covers the trap, whereas with Safer you get a small rectangle of pheromones that you are supposed to place in the trap. 2) It appears that the pheromone of Dr. K's is essentially over the entire trap, versus this small rectangle for Safer. 3) Dr. K's has 50% more surface area because it has the trap on all three surfaces of the triangle compared to two surfaces for Safer. 4) Dr. K's works much better. I literally had both traps next to each other. Dr. K's caught many more moths than Safer. In addition, on the safer traps I could see several places where a moth had obviously landed but escaped. I did not see this at all with Dr. K's suggesting that the stickiness of the trap is better with Dr. K's. 5) You can get Dr. K's in an economical 20 pack. The Safer that I saw when I purchased it had two traps per box. I did not detect an odor from either trap.

These are amazing little moth traps, and they work like magic. We were inundated with these pantry moths after storing extra birdseed in the house. It was frustrating to see them on pantry doors, flying around the house, and floating in our cat's water bowl. I didn't even know what these moths were until I started searching for solutions on Amazon, and I immediately ordered a 20-pack, wondering if this could really solve our problem. Within 2 hours of setting a few of these traps out we had our first victims. This is a great product and I 100% endorse its effectiveness. You will still have a few of the females that have to be caught by hand, but Dr. Killigan's moth traps WILL solve your problem. This has been a very effective solution for pantry moths that somehow made it into my house, and got out of control while I was out of town. This is not an overnight solution, but if you follow the directions, you should see a difference fairly quickly. In my case, I put one trap on a shelf in the pantry, and while folding the second trap, had a moth come out of hiding and go straight to the first trap. WOW! Less than one minute in place, and it was already working. Yes, I did clean out my pantry and cleaned the nests I was able to find, but I'd already tried that, and it alone was not successful. These traps are what has made the difference. They have been well worth the money spent.

Don't jump to conclusions right away like I did, it takes a couple of days for those little varmints to realise the traps are there.Then every day you will see them fill up more and more.Much cleaner than your hand or a fly swatter!

We had been seeing the little black & white pantry moths after buying a box of oatmeal packets online. It was pretty random to see them at first, then we realized something was up after a few weeks of this. Saw this product on Amazon and read the description (seemed to match our issue) and reviews (lots of good ones). We setup all 7 traps in our kitchen in various locations (in the pantry, on top of the cabinets, on the counters) and started seeing results overnight. Within a few weeks our problem seems to have been resolved. We would never have been able to see & kill the moths on our own because they reproduce out of sight. Highly recommend this product !!

Fabulous product highly recommend. Was vacuuming on a daily basis with no end in sight from these pesky mothers. The Orkin agent was able to find the source of the moths. I thoroughly cleaned with clorox wipes all the cupboards, then put these sticky boards in several spots. Each day the moths were decreasing until they were gone. Unfortunately, they have returned, so I'll be buying more and just leaving them in the cupboard for a few months. The product is good for three months.

These DEFINITELY work! I cleared out THREE shelves in my grain cupboard and wiped down all the surfaces and tossed any grains that weren’t well sealed. To my surprise, the “nest” wasn’t in the grains, but on things like boxes or cans that were in the same cupboard as the grains. I wiped as much as I could down with a vinegar solution and even steamed the surfaces, but I must not have gotten everything. So, I got these traps. You can see how many there were! I am now down to about 1-2 a week. Oddly, they are no longer in the cupboard (make sure to put a trap or two IN the cupboard) but must have a nest somewhere on top of the cupboard or on the cornice area (where the wall meets the ceiling) where I have found a nest (they are super tiny.). Use these traps. They work!!

This product is a pantry moth magnet. It works very well. I've never had pantry moths before - I believe they arrived via some bags of bird seed that I had in my laundry room. Then, boom! They were everywhere. Tried spraying, but I must not have sprayed the right places. It may take a while to lure them all in to this trap, but it works. I'll keep one of these traps up even when my problem seems gone. Highly recommend.
