My mother wanted to crochet pads for her dining table chairs. This set made it easy.

Need a really big hook to do a blanket, the stores only carried to 20,needed a 25. The wood ones are so nice to hold the plastic ones get slippery after awhile to hold. Love the cases it came in and the three sizes in it are great. The other two sizes I normally use for blankets

These are ok. They are really rough especially in the grooves where the yarn feeds. I sanded them down myself instead of sending back. Definitely did not feel like a finished product. With a bit of effort on my end, I got them feeling pretty smooth. I shouldn’t have had to do that though. These are ok if you want to put in the work to make these usable. Otherwise you’ll end up with frayed yarn.

Just one day prior I had ordered a different Q hook and it had the dent in the middle which was NOT what they advertised in the picture. So I ordered this set and with a slight adjustment with an Emory board of a small snag, they were perfect.
