Too big and too long. I'm a big guy and I couldn't fit this right. It was too long to the point where the eye holes kept moving making hard to see. The whole in the mouth is too small you can only wear it momentarily and then take it off because it gets HOT in there!I am selling this and getting another one for next halloween.

Escogí este producto vendido por Amazon ya que había entrega garantizada al día siguiente. Había el mismo producto en otros competidores con mucha diferencia de precio, pero para no arriesgar en plazos de entrega compré estas. Sin embargo, el plazo de entrega no se cumplió, sin ningún tipo de explicación justificada por parte de Seur. Me dijeron que al día siguiente entregarían, con lo que estuve todo el día esperando el paquete, pero tampoco entregaron (según el transportista no estábamos, hecho que me hace estar el doble de insatisfecha, pues dejamos todos los planes al lado para poder asegurar que estábamos si venían a entregar). Había cogido este producto para llevármelo a un evento, y sin embargo no había llegado a tiempo para entonces. Tuve que ir personalmente al almacén de SEUR, donde recibí un trato muy malo, además de 7 llamadas al teléfono 902 de Seur a lo largo de todo este proceso. También intenté pedir ayuda a Amazon, pues la entrega era GARANTIZADA para el día siguiente y sin embargo, a pesar de todo este retraso, no ha habido ni soporte ni compensación por su parte. Estoy realmente insatisfecha con el servicio.
