All in all its great for active people wanting to monitor their health on a budget. This is a solid entry level device at half the price of most affordable smart watches. That being said this is truly a smart watch and not a wrist mounted phone. For the price I think this little device is solid. My experience with it so far has been very positive.My Initial impressions when it arrived: You get the watch, charging base+cable and instructions. It doesnt include any extra wrist bands or anything like that. But the watch felt solid, with a nice metal construction. I charged it to full and went to get the app. The app is a bit clunky and it did take a minute to set up. The app definately could be improved. As for the watch itself, its interface is pretty intuitive and fairly easy to use. It looks nice and its pretty comfortable.I've had this watch for about 2 weeks now and really haven't had any issues with it. I've been wearing it every day to work as my daily driver. I've really put it through its paces and so far its holding up. I dug holes/banged it off stuff and it doesnt show wear or tear. Update: after a couple of day back and forth with the company they sent a replacement. They were patient and helped troubleshoot the watch via messages. I’ll improve the rating another star if the replacement lasts longer than 6 months!Gave this watch as a gift in July. My dad loved it and it immediately became a part of his daily carry. It synced well with his phone and we had no complaints about it. Now out of no where it has died. The watch won’t turn on or charge. After removing and reloading onto his phone, the watch still won’t charge. White Charger light comes on but the green light never comes on. Doesn't turn on, doesn’t show up on his phone. It’s just dead. So...good watch while it lasts, but even at this price point it feels like a scam, work just long enough to get beyond the return date. Hoping I’m wrong and they’ll send a replacement that can last longer than 6 months.

Bought two of these, easy to set up and has a very nice look. One of two would never fully set up, wouldn’t receive call or texts notifications, and had a defective battery. Both were wildly inaccurate counting steps, and I cannot attest to the accuracy of the other features like blood pressure and oxygen saturation. The app is glitchy and not seemingly made in English, so it must be translated (which is fine) except the confusing instructions that didn’t translate well and copious amount of typos.They do the bare minimum of smart watches and don’t do it well. Worth saving up more and buying a bigger name smart watch

Only half the app works with the firmware update page links all broken. You can only add a profile, that's it. Phone seems well made, fast interface...but the phone finder has to way to manually stop it, so even after you find the phone you have to wait for it to time out for another 20 seconds. Just little annoyances that made me return it and look for another brand. Maybe it works better for android. Iphone 13 plus, no bueno.

This Maxtop watch is pretty much on par with Apple watches with similar features. If you don't want to spend money on an expensive smart watch, this works just fine. You even get two bands when you buy it! It comes in a nice package - white box and black cover. It has the sport modes for fitness tracking whether you're at a gym or outdoor and monitor your heart rate just like a Fitbit does. It also can monitor your sleep, your blood pressure, oxygen levels and sends you calls and message alerts if you sync it with your phone. I highly recommend it! This is perfect for me.

Battery dies too fast

I’d like the blood pressure monitoring part of it but then question the accuracy of the numbers. The app is or seems dated it took two days before it was able to show all the features of the watch on the app. Could not trust the values I receive for the blood pressure monitoring. Could not open the app when I was not at my home base. I may be returning this device I am still looking for a device that will cover all of my needs and have an app that is more current than this one.
