This is handy. It’s basically a cable tie with markings to size a finger. Unlike a cable tie however, you can reopen it and start again. Really useful ring sizer, an excellent itea.

This arrived late and had to go in town to have ring size measured in a jewellers shop. I contacted Amazon customer services who escalated it to a next day before noon delivery but it still did not turn up until 6pm, too late for intended use. I did contact customer services again to complain and they said keep it and gave me a refund, can't complain about that. Getting to the point I thought I would re check my ring size, I had had it done earlier while in the jewelers with the other half and it quoted the same size as the jewellers metal ring gauge so I decided to order a fidget ring from Amazon as the jeweler didn't have any in stock, so I would say yes it appears to be accurate and although the delivery went pear shaped and Amazon kindly refunded me they did get an order for a ring.

Very easy to use and comes with a lot of guidance and information. However seems difficult to get an accurate reading when trying to consider knuckles, when you move the sizer around your finger, the arrow is easily pushed to a different size, making it hard to know which size would fit properly. Still is very cheap and worth buying to get a rough guide.
