I'm giving it a 4 bc I really liked the leave in spray. I use it every day. It smells great and also acts as a detangler. The shampoo was ok. I only used it for a week after getting highlights and lowlights. Doesn't smell as nice as the spray, and didn't notice any changes to may hair when using it.
