Quite the "dinger"
The bell is truly a higher end quality piece of brass. The tone is awesome and piercing. I know this 'cuz very time I ring it, my cat takes off running. Lovely piece of work. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Well made, very audible
Got the stainless steel one, great quality, well made, loud enough to attract attention, great to alert others. As is, will not work on Brompton bike, need a 'filler/spacer' to get the clamp to tighten. Otherwise, great product. Recommend.

Nice sound which is sufficiently loud and long-lasting. Rather expensive. I'm sure one could find a good bell for significantly less money.

Nice tone
I wanted a bell that I could sound just to announce that I am nearby. Funny thing when I park my bike everyone wants to ring it. LOL

Make sure it’s assembled correctly
I thought this was busted but I managed to fix it. If your bell comes with the washer on top of the bell (i.e., the convex side) between the nut and the bell metal, that can stop the bell ringing. I moved the washer to the underside of the bell (the concave side). Now it works fine.

Very loud!
The product is appealing, appears/feels well made, very loud and the ring resonates. The tone lasts longer than the traditional bike bell and is much louder. I really like the how it looks on my mountain bike.
