Q: How do you do poached eggs in this

Well you dont really poach eggs in the machine , i have never tried putting water in first , then the eggs , i usually spray with fry lite , when the machine is hot , put the eggs in then , but watch carefully , as ready in about 2 mins ( if that ) , otherwise i make an omellete mix up in a jug , add chopped ham or chicken , onion , peppers , then put in the machine when hot , cooks in about 4 or 5 mins , its healthier than frying in a fry pan , hope this helps ,,

Q: What size does the omelette come out

Once cooked it fluffs up to the full size of the bottom and top lids . One side on its own is enough for one person
