I didn’t know much about Sahara Rose until recently. I followed her on Instagram and was skeptical about her book. Glad I honoured my intuition and picked a copy anyway. Discover Your Dharma is one of the most incredible books I’ve read on discovering one's life’s work. Sahara presents an exceptional mix of spiritual and strategic perspectives, in this book. It’s uplifting and inspires you to live your highest truth. As a young millennial Sahara brings a fresh and fun perspective that’s relatable. At the same time she shares deep wisdom like an old sage. Complex concepts are made amazingly simple to understand, absorb and apply. Love that the book is super practical. If you follow the few exercises in it, you not only get a precise roadmap, but you’re also filled with wisdom and motivation to walk the path of your life’s work. She details out unsuspecting pitfalls on the path and offers not so apparent remedies and mindset shifts. Applying Doshas and archetypes she guides you to find your path and understand challenges that are unique to you. She helps you navigate them with beauty and grace. No cookie-cutter advice. It’s tailor-made for you, therefore resonates deeply. Nuggets of rare and deep wisdom are sprinkled all over. At several points while reading this book I’ve felt overwhelmed with gratitude for the author - there’s so much goodness she shares. She guides you to discover a path that’s authentic, inspiring and fun. One that’s transformative and sustainable. If you’re in search of clarity around your life’s work, enjoy books with a spiritual flavour and have a leaning towards things woo, this one’s not to be missed!

I love the essence and purity with what the book has been made . The one who is seeking answers in their life on their life's bigger purpose, DHARMA , then your are on the right path with this book you shall not only get your answers but also a clarity of how to handle it , implement it and gain that wisdom to move forward and achieve the freedom and growth of being a spiritual coach. This is definitely the best book I have read this year. There is so much wisdom in this book. I couldn’t put it down. Sahara is amazing at sharing ancient knowledge in a modern and relatable way. Reading this book I felt seen, understood and I discovered so much about myself that I did not know before. I am so grateful that I got this book and I could not recommend it enough. Thank you!

I really love that book because it helped me to understand myself at a deeper level! The way that Sahara explain ayurveda is really simple and fun to understand. It really gave me clarity and I recommand that book for everyone!

I do admit being a fan of everything Sahara Rose has written. She knows, in an accessible and honest way, because she is true to herself, to bring old or non-Western knowledge back to the attention. This book is far from vague or woolly. If you are new to this subject, Sahara knows how to put it into words in simple language and with practical assignments, tests and reflections, so that you can actually do something with it! Not only do you want to read about it, but you also want to discover your dharma/purpose, right? But also if you, like me, already know more about your dharma then this book offers many new insights through the Vedic approach. This will be a book that I will read over and over again. Through the podcast of Sahara and her website you will also get a lot of extra goodies and in-depth information about the dharma/purpose theme. Highly recommended! Buy the book for yourself or to give away as a gift. At this moment many people have lost their way because of the events surrounding the pandamic time . This book, the (re)discovering of what you really like, your dharma, your purpose, can really help you find your happiness. Because the more people can start living from their dharma/purpose, the more people will be happy, the more beautiful the world will become!

This book is so espectacular it has definitely changed my journey

This is a true page turner, every page is filled with so many profound quotes that I found myself re-reading and highlighting several paragraphs. I love that through filling out questionaires and Dharmic personality tests it immediately prompts you to reflect on your own life, exploring who you are, breaking limiting beliefs and helping you shape your purpose for this one precious journey. I feel it is a book I would come back to whenever I feel slightly off path. Truly glad I found this book and recommend it to everyone who wants to get to know themselves deeply.
