These pods are environmentally safe and totally free of perfumes and/or fragrances. They also clean the dishes as well as the popularly known dishwashing pods, if not better. It is an incredibly effective product - and is reasonably priced. If you want to see the difference - take a clear glass newly washed by Cascade or Finish and fill it halfway with water and note the bubbles that gather on the surface rim - that would be leftover soap from the pods. Do the same with Seventh Generation and you'll find nothing but clear water.

Excellent dishwasher detergent tabs! They clean dishes thoroughly and, best of all, leave no strong or chemical smell behind after the wash—everything comes out fresh and spotless.

I like that this is a safer alternative the what I used before and the quality is just as good. The pods are wrapped good and came with no problems. I will order these again.

The 7th Generation unscented dish tabs work well and clean dishes effectively. They are a good choice if you prefer fragrance free dishwasher detergent and want something that performs reliably. The only issue I noticed is with the packaging. The individual tab wrapping has some yellowing, which looks odd but did not affect how the tabs worked. Overall, still a good product, just a cosmetic packaging concern.

Bought these as an alternative to the liquid Cascade I've been using for years. I am shocked by how well these work. Everything comes out sparkling clean and our glasses look clearer and cleaner than ever before. I see that the price has gone up quite a bit and I'm not sure I want to pay that much for dishwasher detergent so that's an unfortunate sticking point.

Was surprised to see some negative reviews. This is the best dishwasher detergent I've used. the dishes sparkle, and no strong chemical /toxic smell like with some other detergents. Maybe they improved it.

We absolutely love this brand and prefer these to the gel. Only product that leaves our dishes feeling, smelling and tasting clear. Inferior products leave dishes tasting like soap.

I’ve been using these dishwasher packs for a while now, and they work great! Dishes come out spotless with no residue, even on tough loads. I really like that they’re fragrance-free and made with safer, plant-based ingredients — perfect for sensitive skin or anyone avoiding harsh chemicals. The packaging is easy to open, and the pods dissolve completely every time. It’s a great eco-friendly option that actually performs just as well (if not better) than big-name brands.

If, like me, in the past you’ve been suckered into buying dishwasher pods with names like “Quantum Extreme Ultraclean TURBO” and three or four different coloured sections, I’m here to assure you that’s all marketing nonsense. Not only do the seventh generation pods clean just as well (if not better) than any of those, the fact they’re unscented means that dishes, especially plastic or silicone dishes, come out with no residue or unpleasant chemical smells. I was using the “top-tier” cascade tabs and I found especially silicone spatulas had a strong chemical smell and taste on them that I had to scrub out with soap and water. No such smell after using these pods, and it gets them just as clean. I’ve been using them for over a month, daily, and have had zero cases of food remaining on dishes after a cycle. Note: i use a Bosch dishwasher that I am very diligent about cleaning regularly, use rinse aid, and follow the manufacturers instructions for loading dishes, so if you don’t do these you may have a different experience - as for me, I’ll probably use these pods as long as I have a dishwasher to put them in. My only complaint is I haven’t yet been able to buy them in bulk.

Obviously this is also a division of a "name brand" (i.e., Unilever) but do like the focus on renewable ingredients and away from synthetic fragrances and dyes. Cleans well with very few spots, including dried-on food; even cleaned film off of some glasses that had remained after using other pods. No issues with large amounts of suds at the end of a cleaning cycle as some have described. With products containing other rinse agents, we noticed issues with excessive foaming of beer and soda when poured into glasses. This issue has disappeared since trying out this brand. 4/5 stars because there is still plastic packaging. However, mush less so than the plastic bins used to hold other brands. I assume this might be a moisture-prevention issue.
