We had ordered ten of these levers without the lock and one was damaged. I contacted the company by email and received a replacement the very next day. I was speechless. How about that for customer service!The levers are beautiful, functional, modern, and with their copper sheen on the edges super attractive. Good purchase. I would recommend them - and the Probrico company - without hesitation.

They look good and work wellWorth the price

Replaced hardware on 20 doors. I did not want to go broke on door knobs. These are good knobs. The handles are reversible. The I did have rounded edges on the latch, but once installed you can't tell and I did not chisel anything out. The knobs are not super smooth in operating. You can't quietly open the door as there us some mechanical noise. Not a deal breaker for me. Going to try some wd40 or similar. At this price point they are worth it. Purchased 10 pack of passage, a 10 pack of privacy (no key) and 2 dummies 1 left, 1 right for a French door. The black is nice matte against the white gloss doors. If the grease smooths out the mechanics I'll bump it to a 5 star.

Pack of ten for the price of 6 at Home Depot. Good quality and look great. The only issue so far is the locking mechanism on them. They tend to hang up and you have to use a little more effort to unlock them. Could be because they are new and need some usage ti get them working better. But overall very satisfied with them.

These are absolutely beautiful!!!

We recently painted the entire interior of our home and wanted to add a bit of pop around the house. These door knobs were just what we needed. I'm surprised by the overall fit, finish (black), and functionality. My wife simply loves these, and they make a huge difference throughout the house. I knocked off 1 star simply because they feel a little "loose" (the actual inside mechanicals), but none of them have failed. This minor observation could be me just being anal, which is the case, most of the time. If you too are "anal" you might notice this but overall I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The installation instructions aren’t detailed enough in my opinion. In addition, when I tried installing multiple door handles many times, the handles wouldn’t turn no matter what I did. There’s no additional product instructions on the company’s website, and YouTube videos aren’t helping. Very disappointed.

I used these for my entire house i renovated top to bottom. Based on price i was nervous of quality but they are perfect. You would have no idea you paid half price compared to a store.

Ordered the 10pkn for $169 on Monday May 1, 21023 at 9:30pm and received them the next day at 5pm!Installed 6 handles on 40 year old doors and everything worked well (had to trim the door cut out a little because new handles are slightly bigger than old ones). Home Depot sells very similar ones for $34 a piece. These were half the price.

Decent knobs. Good packaging.

These doors handles were okay. They met our needs but our expectations were a little let down. They are made in China, need I say more? The screws included with it are not black either. Small details perhaps to others, but something that bothered us. Some of the handles also had the metal pushed in which created a strange indent look.All in all, they are decent and get the job done. We went with these because we were getting handles for our entire house and they were cheaper than the Home Depot alternative we found. However, we paid the price in saving those few dollars. If you’re looking for something quick and cheap, go for it. If you are bothered by intricate details.. keep looking.

I had one of those awful door knobs with a code and it constantly needed new batteries and eventually malfunctioned. This one is perfect. It wasn't very easy to install but it works
