Been taking this product for about 6 months. Was not sure I noticed a difference until I ran out. After not taking for about a week I noticed a loss in motivation and "stamina".I am a male in above average shape and fitness. Good diet and strong workout regimen. Definitely noticed a drop in libido and perceived testosterone levels when not taking and increase when started up again.Also tried the ashwaganada available at Costco from youtheory. Ancient Nutrition is noticably better.

It will honestly CHANGE your life. If you're looking for something to make you a calmer, level headed person in the face of anxiety-inducing situations (aka owning more than one child). You need to get this. It is much cleaner and no bad side effects like Zoloft made me feel (Google what the common ones are if you're on the fence on which way to go). I HIGHLY recommend for PPA and PPR and can't live without it now

It took a couple weeks but I have seen a difference in being able to relax and I’ve slept better!

I have been taking these in the evening about an hour before going to bed. The main reason for me wanting to take these is to help me unwind and get a better night's sleep. I am one of those people who struggle with anxiety and after a long stressful day I have a hard time falling asleep without my mind running rampant. While these don't actually make you sleepy like melatonin or other ingredients that cause drowsiness, this does help ease my anxiety levels and just help me feel more relaxed.What I really like about this supplement in particular, compared to some of the other ashwagandha products I have used in the past, is that this is made with fermented ashwagandha root. The fermentation process amplifies how your body can utilise these ingredients and it also helps you digest it. At 800 mg per tablet, this is a good sized potent dose. The only reason I didn't give this a full 5 stars is because I'm not particularly fond of all the extra thickeners and ingredients they have added to this such as maltodextrine, agave insulin, guar gum, etc. On the plus side, these are organic but I still would rather do without them.I still say this is a great high quality product and I still would recommend.

I’ve noticed that my stress level has come down and as a result, I’m not over eating now

It tastes super gross

Flavor isn't my favorite but is very helpful for my day to day stress levels. Very helpful if you're looking for the natural way to calm yourself.
