Works great. Now I can call my husband when he is on the road if I need to.

Great look, good sound quality, but BT is useless. Waste of money.
I bought this specific unit to maintain a clean look in an older Mercedes. The unit worked fine for the first 60 days (just long enough to not be able to return it) and then the Bluetooth feature went South. Any type of Bluetooth use results in the unit powering on/off in a continuous cycle until I manually shut it off. Once turned back on, if Bluetooth is engaged, the until shuts off. Tech support is nonexistent so I'm on the hunt for a replacement - to WON'T be another Continental. Don't waste your money if you need Bluetooth for hands-free phone.

A2DP (Bluetooth) Is a pain to use regularly.
When you have no bluetooth device connected, you cannot SRC (source) to the A2DP.That sounds wonderful, right? But if you have your phone connected, and are sourced to A2DP, when you shut the vehicle off, and turn it back on, it will change the source to FM.So everytime you start your car you have to wait for the phone to connect, and then source your way to bluetooth, and then press play on your phone to start playing music. It might as well not have bluetooth with this inconvenience.I have resorted to just using the CD player, which is stays on and auto plays between drives.Even a cheap Alpine or Sony is better in this respect. Though I have had UI problems with every radio I've ever had. It's like the people who design these things don't use them.

Well made
High quality and easy to use. Definitely worth the money. The 90s style design is great for air cooled Porsche’s 👍

Why Bother
I bought this for my 1998 BMW Z3 2.8 after doing an M Roadster center console swap, as it was the closest thing I could find to an OEM looking head unit that did not totally break the bank. I mostly use it for bluetooth and sometimes for CDs when I am feeling nostalgic. Overall the radio was not terrible, easy to install and setup, however bluetooth will cut out for 30 seconds within the first 5 minutes of the vehicle being turned on. Not a huge deal although slightly annoying for the price. Recently, the volume control knob has stopped working which has been a huge pain in the rear trying to control sound from the device itself, and will only work in bluetooth mode. This should not happen on a VDO/Continental radio that is over $200. Would be happy if the seller simply sent me another one and I sent this one back, will update how that process goes.

Great look...Poor sound quality
I love the look of this unit. It looks great in older cars, like my Mercedes. However, there are a number of areas where the unit falls short. Adjusting sound settings is very cumbersome, as well as limited. The sound quality of the FM radio is extremely poor and flat. I tried adjusting every setting possible, but there was no impact on quality. The sound is just 1 notch above AM :-(. The bluetooth connectivity worked well and synched up with no problem. The Bluetooth sound is much better than the radio. The CD sound quality was surprisingly not as good at the Bluetooth. The reverse is what I found in my older decks.

Functions do not operate as they should.
Looks nice, thats about it, does not operate correctly at all. Used in many Mercedes Vehicles.
