This is NOT a 1.5" tie clip. As pictured, this measures at 2", which is a problem if you specifically purchased this for 1.5" skinny ties (*raises hand). I'm not sure if the manufacturer just assumed you wouldn't be purchasing this size intentionally or what. The quality is fine for the price point, but the incorrect description is annoying. I'm returning them and looking elsewhere.

The arrow in my picture points out some sort of defect on the silver clip. It looks like a leftover manufacturing mark or a tarnish mark. Unfortunately the silver clip is the only one I really wanted while buying the set.I gave an additional star because I can see myself using the Black clip in the future, and for the price 1 working clip isn't a "bad" deal. However, at least 2 of the 4 clips are going right in the trash.This is one of those purchases that reminds me, "you get what you pay for."

I like the look of the shorter tie clip on a regular width tie, but because the back of the clip is so short it's a bit of a trick to get it firmly clipped onto the shirt without pinching the tie or holding it off center. Seems like the back could have just been about as long as the front and it wouldn't be an issue (especially since no one will see the back when you wear it). It does its job and it does work, just a minor frustration.

This is not going to turn heads, but will keep that tie nicely snug. I don't like those hair clip style thick hinged tie clips that seem to tilt your tie at an angle. So these are great, and you get 4 of them. Awesome

Comes in many color options, they hold my ties perfectly, never been so happy with a gadget like this

These tie clips look very nice and I get compliments on them when worn. They are a little snug to get onto a tie, but I'd rather that than too loose. Work well for slim ties, may not be ideal for "skinny" ties.

So so cheap. Two of them arrived with the very thin coating scratched off, I knew the other two would be soon after. I really wish people would stop making and selling junk like this for a quick buck. Absolutely shameful.
