I have baby fine hair and need a cap to swim daily. I LOVE this cap after trying so many. It isn't too big or makes that big poof on top of my head. I wear music earphones and love that this cap leaves my ears mostly exposed so it doesn't get in the way. I don't know how this cap would accommodate long or big hair. I give it big points for not being so oversize. It doesn't keep my hair dry but it keeps it out of the way while doing laps. I use a chlorine block on my hair to keep it protected from that kind of damage. I just ordered another color.

I have problems wearing regular silicone caps, as they sometimes irritate my ears. This fits well, is soft over my ears and comfortable. Just beware the first time you go in the water, wow! your head is cold for a few minutes but warms up after a lap or two. I don't know how durable/lasting it will be but for the comfort, I will buy it again when I need one.

Too small for long hair

And my hair no longer reeks of chlorine.Not a career swimmer, my hair was taking a beating from 3/wk swims. Never worn a cap before. I was concerned my head would overheat with a cap - doesn't happen. For that I am grateful.
