Excellent adjustable, fitness tool for upper body, including arms and chest and lats.

It's a little too strong even on lowest setting Lol) )I also thought when you pulling it out it would have Resistance) but it springs back instantaneously) on the push Resistance, it has a slow steady force) )it's a little flimsy, but it's nice, worth$)

The product works well, however, it does leave little black oil dots on anything white, the screws are coming out, and there was a main piece that came off completely while I was using it. All in all for only having the product for less than 2 months and only using it on the 20lbs setting....I feel it shouldn't be falling apart like it is. The product does work though despite the fact it is falling to pieces...lol
